華興山茶(舊名:華興製茶)由劉文華先生創立，擁有45年製茶經驗。

Huaxing Mountain Tea (old name: Huaxing Tea) was founded by Mr. Liu Wenhua, who has 45 years of experience in tea production.

華興山茶は、45年の製茶経験を持つ劉文華氏によって設立されました。

從早期種植型山茶於二代劉士輔先生八八風災回鄉後轉為採用野放山茶。

From the early planting of mountain tea, the second generation Mr. Liu Shifu switched to wild camellia after he returned to his hometown after the Typhoon Morakot .

当初はカメリア・シネンシスを栽培していましたが、台風モラコット後に故郷に戻った後は野生茶の収穫に切り替えました。

於2016年成立高雄六龜區第一個山茶班

循傳統的製茶工序，從手工採茶、浪茶、發酵、揉捻、烘乾、的製程，細心調整山茶的野性，以製作藝術來呈現一杯茶。

Following the traditional tea-making process, from manual tea picking, tea processing, fermentation, rolling, drying, the wildness of mountain tea is carefully adjusted to present a cup of tea through the art of production.

手作業による茶摘みから製茶、発酵、揉み、乾燥までの伝統的な製茶プロセスを踏襲し、山茶の野性味を丁寧に調整し、製造技術によって一杯のお茶を表現しています。
